Position Overview
Lead the management and growth of the company's digital communities across multiple brands
and startups. This role combines strategic thinking, visual judgment, content coordination, and
KPI analysis to ensure a strong and consistent online presence aligned with each brand's
growth and positioning goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts for multiple brands and startups simultaneously.
- Plan, organize, and execute strategic content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop organic growth strategies focused on engagement, reach, brand positioning, and community building.
- Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to identify optimization and growth opportunities.
- Create performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate content publishing and ensure visual and brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to execute high-quality content aligned with each brand's identity.
- Provide creative direction and visual feedback regarding trends, aesthetics, references, and content performance.
- Identify viral trends, content opportunities, and platform-relevant formats.
- Write strategic and engaging copy aligned with each brand's tone and positioning.
- Manage community engagement, messages, and comments professionally and consistently.
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of experience in Community Management or Social Media Management.
- Experience working with startups, fast-growing brands, lifestyle, hospitality, real estate, or modern digital brands.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and KPI tracking.
- Strong visual judgment and understanding of digital aesthetics, branding, and content trends.
- Ability to identify high-performing content and optimize social strategies accordingly.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of internet culture, social media trends, and platform behavior.
- Excellent written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
