The role
We're hiring a Brand Designer to build the visual language of P&B across product, print, digital, café, email, and campaign work — menus, posters, labels, signage, packaging, iconography, and event collateral.
The work is hands-on. You'll take rough direction or a product moment and turn it into finished creative without us briefing every line. You'll write or adapt short-form copy when it matters. And you'll hand off files vendors can actually run.
What you'll do
Design across the full surface area of the brand: print, packaging, signage, email, campaigns, menus, iconography, and product-support materials.
Turn loose direction or a single product moment into finished, production-ready creative.
Write or adapt short-form copy when the work calls for it.
Prepare clean handoff files that vendors can run without back-and-forth.
Work inside the existing brand system — and strengthen it as you go.
Who you are
Sharp typography, strong layout, and real production judgment.
You know the difference between simple and under-designed.
Curious about hospitality, coffee, food, product, and physical retail.
Comfortable inside a brand system and capable of making it better.
Not the right fit if
You only design social posts.
You need every layout briefed in detail.
You rely on templates.
The trial
We start with a 90-day trial. We're looking for cleaner layouts, stronger campaign work, sharper copy placement, and production-ready files.
