Do you love building client relationships, solving problems, and leading high-impact marketing campaigns? We're hiring a strategic and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our team.

As a Client Success Manager, your primary responsibility is supporting new and existing clients in various capacities to ensure their success. You'll be tasked with providing clients an elevated level of value, organizing and managing their marketing campaigns, and helping them achieve their business goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and delivering consistent value
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals, overseeing their implementation from start to finish
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, writers, developers, and other team members to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay current on industry trends and keep services competitive
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results
  • Prepare clear, insightful reports and presentations that communicate progress, results, and strategic recommendations
  • Identify upsell opportunities by regularly assessing client needs and recommending additional services that drive growth
  • Train and support client teams on lead-nurturing strategies and systems to maximize conversion potential

What We're Looking For:

  • 10–15 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or client-facing role
  • Experience managing marketing strategies across multiple channels (paid ads, SEO, web, content)
  • Aesthetic industry experience required (medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, WordPress, and reporting tools
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Comfortable explaining marketing concepts to non-marketers
  • Organized, analytical, and driven to make an impact
