Ruby on Rails Developer - Required Skills and Attributes

• Proficient in the following languages: Ruby on Rails, HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with Git (please include a link to your public GitHub profile in the application)
• Experience with jQuery for enhanced web functionality
• Strong understanding and implementation of web standards and best practices
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical team members
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to tackling challenges quickly and creatively
• Independent worker with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Willingness to collaborate and support cross-functional teams when needed
• Confidence in managing priorities and meeting deadlines, especially under pressure
• Ability to conduct quality assurance testing
• Knowledge of MySQL database management
• Experience working with Linux environments
