About the role
The Operations Reporting Analyst will be responsible for streamlining and governing operational reporting, invoicing coordination, and monthly budget tracking across all UAE projects. This role ensures consistent reporting discipline, timely invoice readiness, and accurate visibility of financial and operational performance, while driving accountability with Account Managers and project teams.
The role acts as the central control point for commercial hygiene, reporting quality, and delivery performance insights to support leadership decision-making and protect revenue, margin, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
1) Monthly Reporting Governance & Performance Tracking
Own and manage the UAE reporting calendar (weekly and monthly reporting cycle across all projects).
Collect, validate, and consolidate monthly operational reports from Account Managers and project teams.
Ensure reporting is aligned with contractual KPIs, SLAs, and client reporting expectations.
Maintain standard reporting templates, dashboards, and trackers for consistent quality and comparability.
Identify trends, performance gaps, and recurring risks for leadership visibility.
2) Invoicing Coordination & Revenue Readiness
Coordinate monthly invoicing readiness, ensuring all required backup documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time (timesheets, attendance reports, approved variations, sign-offs).
Work closely with Account Managers and Finance to support timely invoice submission and prevent delays.
Track invoice status (draft, submitted, approved, pending payment) and proactively escalate delays.
Flag revenue leakage risks including unbilled services, scope creep, or missing chargeable items.
3) Budget Tracking & Cost Control (Project Financial Visibility)
Maintain monthly budget trackers across UAE accounts (budget vs actual, forecast, and cost drivers).
Monitor staffing costs, overtime, allowances, and operational expenses to ensure commercial control.
Support leadership with monthly forecasts and margin health tracking per account.
Highlight financial risk areas early and recommend corrective actions.
4) Account Manager Follow-Up & Stakeholder Discipline
Drive reporting accountability and follow-up with Account Managers for submissions and corrections.
Ensure required client documentation is collected (approvals, sign-offs, variation confirmations).
Create a clear escalation path for non-compliance and repeated delays.
Support Account Managers by simplifying tools, systems, and reporting processes.
5) Tools, Systems & Process Improvement
Build and maintain central trackers and dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets/Power BI if applicable).
Improve internal workflows between operations, finance, and HR/payroll teams to reduce friction.
Ensure reporting and documentation structures are audit-ready and contract-ready at all times.
Maintain a shared filing structure for invoice backup and key monthly documentation.
Deliverables (What Success Looks Like)
UAE monthly reporting pack delivered on time every month (100% compliance).
Invoice backup pack completed and submitted with minimum revisions.
Budget and cost tracker updated monthly with clear variance explanations.
Improved reporting discipline across Account Managers with reduced leadership follow-ups.
Clear visibility of risks, revenue gaps, and performance trends across UAE contracts.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
Professional certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Financial Analysis (Preferable)
3–6 years of experience in reporting, performance tracking, commercial support, or operations coordination
Experience working in multi-project or multi-site operational environments
Exposure to budget tracking, cost monitoring, or financial performance reporting
Experience coordinating documentation for invoicing or financial processes
Background in service-based industries such as hospitality, events, cultural institutions, facilities management, or outsourced operations.

Full-time, Contracted.
Work 5 days a week (flexibility on days according to project needs), 9 hours a day, including a 1-hour lunch break
Office based in Abu Dhabi, 1 day a week in Dubai Office.
