About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to assist in managing a cultural program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager and key stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the scholarship program, assisting with day-to-day operations, communications, and administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Support Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders as culinary/hospitality industry leaders.
- Project Administration: Provide support in tracking project progress, maintaining timelines, and organizing documentation.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and organize events and workshops related to the program.
- Communication and Reporting: Assist in preparing and distributing reports, presentations, and project updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Data Management: Maintain records of program activities, participants, and feedback.
- Research & Documentation: Conduct research to support project initiatives, including gathering market data, stakeholder input, and performance metrics.
- Logistics Support: Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for project team members and stakeholders.
- Experience working with Power Bi would be desirable.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably in the culinary, hospitality, or cultural sectors.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Location & Commitments
- Full-time, fixed-term contract of three months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business requirements.
- Work 5 days a week, with flexibility according to project needs.
- Based in Saudi Arabia with occasional travel for on-site meetings or events
