In 2025, John Paul is expanding to Qatar and is seeking a Concierge who is passionate about delivering high-quality service.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a concierge, you will be responsible for handling members’ requests such as booking taxis, making restaurant reservations, purchasing flight tickets, and providing personalized advice and recommendations.
Your role will require a proactive, responsive, and innovative approach to ensure our members receive a unique and high-quality experience.
Your dedication to personalized solutions and commitment to excellence will be essential in maintaining John Paul's reputation for exceptional service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Manage all event-related tasks, including:
-Efficiently process incoming member requests and ensure timely responses.
-Coordinate and liaise with various service providers to ensure seamless event execution.
-Ensure accurate registration in the CRM software. o Provide feedback and reports to members.
Foster strong relationships with elite service providers and luxury partners to enhance members’ expectations.
Process service payments for members and accurately record invoices for services provided during or outside of events.
Handle member requests in Qatar and abroad (restaurant reservations, taxi bookings, shopping, travel arrangements, etc.).
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/ Tourism field or proven experience as a concierge or in a similar Customer Service/Hospitality role.
Highly autonomous and organized, with strong time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Highly detail-oriented, responsible & reliable.
Proactive in anticipating members’ needs and providing personalized solutions.
Empathetic and efficient in handling issues or complaints.
Proficient in IT, including MS Office and CRM systems.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Peninsular Arabic.
Flexible working different shifts.
Enthusiastic about joining a dynamic team for the launch of a new office in Qatar.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The position is to be filled by September 23rd, 2025, at John Paul office in Doha, QATAR.
Full-time permanent contract (42 hours per week, with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, 09:00 am to 09:00 pm).
Monthly salary for this position is QAR 7000 + Benefits package included (housing , transport, medical, airfare allowance).
