Pavilion Staff // Osaka Expo 2025

We are seeking experienced individuals to join us at this once in a lifetime event as Pavillon Guide  Expo 2025 Osaka. The Pavilion Guide will report to and work in close collaboration with us and will be responsible for delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests from all over the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• You warmly welcome and assist guests from all over the 

  world, ensuring they feel valued and have a positive experience throughout their visit to the pavilion.

• You provide accurate and engaging information about the Pavilion, its exhibits, Expo 2025 Osaka, and cultural highlights 
• You manage entrance control, guest flow, and queues efficiently, ensuring a smooth and organized visit for all attendees.
• You monitor the pavilions environment, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and readiness of the pavilion

• Support the management of the guest journey from the waiting/queue space, through the various Pavilion experiences, to the exit space.
• Support the management of queues and guest expectations.
• Assist with the monitoring of guest numbers and flow inside the Pavilion at all times.
• Assist with the production of regular operational update reports to the Supervisor.
• Assist with the opening procedures, including morning checks and closing procedures of the Pavilion, dependent on shift patterns.
• Full engagement as part of an in-depth training program.

Requirements:

• You bring prior experience in customer-facing roles.

• You excel in communication and interpersonal and customer service skills.

• You have service-oriented attitude towards our guests from all over the world

• You know how to work in teams and build consensus and relationships among team members, senior managers, and stakeholders.

• Fluent in Japanese, good proficiency in English, Arabic is a plus.

• Delivery of services at the highest operational standard, meeting the expectation of the Pavilion vision and key stakeholders.
• A flexible, cooperative, and professional approach to meeting Pavilion guest experience objectives.

• Expo 2025-OSAKA: April 2025 Oct 13th, 2025
• Pavilion public opening hours: On shift and based on the Japanese working law (9am to 9pm)
