Gallerist // Muraba

Muraba, a distinctive boutique real estate developer headquartered in Dubai, has recently launched Muraba Veil, a groundbreaking tower designed by RCR Arquitectes, recipients of the prestigious Pritzker Prize. The unprecedented architectural marvel will stand as a global engineering feat, destined to become an iconic addition to Dubai's skyline. We are currently in search of a proactive and dedicated gallerist to join our team and contribute to the success of this innovative project.

Primary responsibilities

- Visitor Engagement and Guided Tours:

o Guide visitors through the Muraba Gallery, offering insightful commentary and fostering cultural engagement.
o Ensure visitors gain a comprehensive understanding of the Muraba Veil development, its architectural significance, and lifestyle offerings.

- Content Management:

o Control all content and experiences within the gallery, including multimedia presentations and lighting, to enhance visitor experiences.
o Deliver scripted yet adaptable presentations, tailoring pace and focus according to visitor preferences and engagement.

- Zone Management:

o Lead visitors through the gallery's seven designated zones, gradually revealing the narrative and content of Muraba Veil.
o Effectively spatalise information to aid visitor comprehension and retention.

- Appointment Management:

o Coordinate gallery visits exclusively by appointment, ensuring a personalised and intimate experience for each visitor.
o Efficiently schedule and manage visitor appointments to optimise gallery capacity and visitor satisfaction.

- Cultural Engagement:

o Foster meaningful interactions with visitors, cultivating a deeper appreciation for the Muraba Veil project.
o Authentically convey the gallery's attitude and ethos while embodying the projects essence.

- Gallery Operations:

o Support the gallery team with day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in art history, architecture, design, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in art gallery or luxury real estate sectors.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an engaging manner.
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to connect with diverse audiences.
- Ability to dynamically adapt scripted content based on visitor engagement levels.
- Organisational skills to effectively manage appointments and gallery logistics.
- Genuine passion for art, architecture, and luxury lifestyle experiences.
- Flexibility to adjust tour pace and focus based on visitor dynamics.
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
