We are currently recruiting an HR Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Dublin 2. This role offers flexible working arrangements, including three days hybrid and flexi time options. You will be joining a highly successful and well-known food & beverage chain employing nearly 500 staff across hundreds of branches nationwide.

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist or HR Manager with a proven track record of mentoring and developing HR teams, strong employee relations expertise, and experience leading employee wellbeing initiatives.

Salary for the role is between 65,000 - 70,000 DOE 

Key Responsibilities for this HR Manager job

  • Lead and support the HR team to deliver a best-in-class service.
  • Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance, and people matters.
  • Manage and continuously improve policies, processes, and our HRIS system.
  • Drive key people initiatives around wellbeing, engagement, and performance.
  • Champion recruitment best practice and ensure a strong pipeline of talent for their branches.
  • Support the development of companies' Employer Brand and EVP.
  • Monitor and react to employment law changes and lead compliance efforts across the business.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, continuous development, and operational excellence.

Requirements for this HR Manager Job

  • At least 5+ years' experience including 3+ at mid/senior level.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
  • An excellent working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator with the confidence to lead from the front.
  • Experience using HRIS, ATS, and data reporting tools to prepare HR packs for the board
  • Passionate about people, solutions-focused, and always willing to roll up your sleeves.
