Blue Jay Dental Seeks Dentist for client in South Sioux City, NE

Blue Jay Dental has a client with a need for a full-time dentist in South Sioux City, NE. They are open to new grads as well as experienced dentists.

Employee will be paid salary wages on the first and fifteenth day of each month during the employment term. The amount of salary will be $160,000.00 per year. Any amount payable by Employer to Employee by reason of actual collections which exceeds the salary paid to Employee shall be paid to Employee on a quarterly basis on the 15th day following the end of the quarter. The Employer shall make payments to the Employee by direct deposit to Employees account. Revenue generated by Employee will be all restorative or preventative dental work performed by the Employee. When working with a hygienist, the Employee will be compensated at their % on examinations and radiographs but will not be compensated for production generated by the hygienist such as prophies, root planing and scaling, whitening, or pit and fissure sealants made by the hygienist as part of routine or normal recall visits.
