Blue Jay Dental has a client that is hiring a general OR pediatric dentist for our busy pediatric-focused practices in Rockford IL! Generous base salary plus adjusted production bonus. Our client's  practice is PPO/Medicaid, they offer Full benefits that start from day one, including 401k match, for full-time employees. They We pay for all of our Dr.'s malpractice insurance, up to $1k in CE courses of your choice per year and job security!

Requirements

DMD or DDS from accredited dental school

Valid IL state dental license
