Dentist - Green Bay - Sleep Apnea Mentorship!
A general dentist is wanted to start immediately in Green Bay, WI. This is a growing privately owned group practice . There are opportunities for future growth in the organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform posterior endodontics
- Provide sleep apnea treatment (mentorship available)
- Conduct implant placements
- Offer orthodontics with Sure Smiles (no brackets or wires)
- Manage extractions
- Oversee administrative functions and supervise dental staff
Practice Information
- Office Hours: Monday - Thursday 8-5
- 10 operatories with digital equipment
- 85% adults, 15% children
- New equipment and supportive staff
Compensation
- Base salary: $150k - $190k
- Production-based compensation: 30-35%
- Current associate earning $300k per year
Requirements
- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
- Valid WI license and DEA
- Willingness to be part of the Green Bay community
- Competence in all aspects of general dentistry with a focus on clinical excellence
