Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Assist with content scheduling, monitoring social media accounts, and responding to comments.

Task Management: Organize and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.

Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, or presentations.

Travel Arrangements: Research and book flights, hotels, and transportation when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
