Project Manager

 Job Description:

Blue Stone Management is a global leader in project and construction management consulting, operating in 80+ cities worldwide. We specialize in delivering agile, cost-effective solutions for complex, multi-phase construction projects across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor design and construction progress to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance and control processes throughout all project phases.
  • Manage technical interfaces between contractors, third parties, and other client projects to mitigate design and construction risks.
  • Oversee logistics planning and execution during all construction phases, considering operational and maintenance impacts.
  • Coordinate testing, commissioning, and dispute resolution related to inspection deviations.
  • Serve as technical liaison across all client projects
  • Identify and resolve interface issues between terminal contracts and other client projects.
  • Support risk management efforts, schedule integration, and cost control initiatives.
  • Facilitate schedule alignment across parallel client projects
  • Lead interface coordination meetings and ensure systems integration across projects.
  • Track schedule progress, identify risks to milestones, and manage sequencing of work.
  • Ensure compliance with industry safety and quality requirements.
  • Support estimating activities in coordination with the ADG team, including reviewing design-builder estimates for compliance and fair market value.
  • Evaluating change proposals and preparing records of negotiation.

Software & Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
  • Familiarity with project management information systems.
  • Working knowledge of CAD or Revit is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • 20+ years of experience, preferably on large-scale projects ($250M+). Aviation a plus.
  • Expertise in various project delivery methods (DBB, CMAR, Design/Build).
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Aviation, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • Relevant certifications strongly preferred (e.g., PMP, PE, LEED, AAAE, AICP).

 Salary Package:

$ 235,000.00 - 257,000.00 (US Dollar)
