What You'll Do
Build the roadmap: Develop and maintain detailed project- and program-level schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project Online for large-scale capital projects.
Support major construction programs: Prepare schedules for complex data center construction projects. Provide hands-on scheduling support for live construction projects valued at $300–400M+, helping teams anticipate impacts and maintain momentum.
Ensure schedule integrity: Review and analyze contractor baseline and monthly updates to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with contract requirements.
Document the record: Develop As-Built schedules using field data and project documentation to support claims resolution and project closeout.
Be a scheduling partner: Collaborate closely with project managers, construction managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align schedules with project goals.
Train and elevate teams: Provide training and guidance to internal team members on scheduling tools and industry best practices.
Stay embedded: Work full-time on-site as part of the project team, supporting long-duration programs extending through 2028.
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience supporting construction scheduling on large capital projects. Data centers experience is a must.
Proficient with scheduling software including Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
Experience working on large-scale projects ($300–400M+ in value) preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Familiarity with scheduling best practices and KPI reporting.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Ability and willingness to work full-time on-site in an active construction environment.
Bonus Points If You Have
Prior experience working with advanced technologies, or life sciences projects.
Experience training or onboarding team members in scheduling software and best practices.
Experience supporting long-duration capital programs with multi-year delivery timelines.
