About the job Data Engineer with Snowflake (MarTech)
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced AI Data Engineer with strong expertise in Snowflake and a passion for shaping the next generation of agentic, AI-driven marketing analytics. You will play a critical role in building and improving our in-house data and AI infrastructure, integrating insights across Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, and other marketing platforms.
The ideal candidate has an open, curious personality, a deep understanding of the marketing industry, and the technical ability to own and evolve the full architecture from data ingestion to agentic intelligence.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage the entire Snowflake architecture, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance across marketing data pipelines.
- Integrate and analyze data from multiple marketing platforms (Facebook, Meta, Google Ads, etc.) to provide unified insights.
- Design, build, and optimize agentic AI layers on top of Snowflake developing systems that learn, adapt, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing and data science teams to engineer AI-driven insights and improve decision-making processes.
- Set the foundation for enterprise-level OpenAI integrations, ensuring agentic frameworks align with business goals.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to build customized analytics solutions, ensuring scalability and transparency.
- Continuously improve internal tools and systems to streamline marketing campaign analysis and performance reporting.
- Take full ownership of architecture and engineering decisions, from concept to implementation.
Required experience and skills:
- 100% hands-on Snowflake experience strong proficiency in data modeling, pipelines, and performance tuning.
Proven experience with marketing data systems (e.g., Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, analytics platforms).
- Experience with AI/ML integrations, particularly agentic systems or intelligent automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data infrastructure for marketing and advertising analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate marketing metrics into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with LLMs integrations.
Nice to have experience:
- Open, proactive personality with a collaborative and ownership-oriented mindset.
- Experience with Modal or other AI orchestration frameworks.
- Background in marketing technology (MarTech) or ad tech infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, and API integrations for data ingestion.
- Prior experience in a marketing agency or enterprise-level marketing analytics environment.
