Role overview

As a Product Manager, your main responsibility is to deeply understand our product and work closely with the CEO, CTO, and development team to define, refine, and prioritise product features. You will ensure that every feature is well-defined before going into development, helping to drive the growth and impact of our platform.

What you'll do:

- Work directly with the CEO and CTO to align product strategy with business objectives.

- Collaborate closely with the development team to define and document clear, actionable product features.

- Research market trends, user needs, and competitor offerings to inform product decisions.

- Translate business goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and wireframes.

- Manage the product backlog, ensuring a well-prioritized roadmap that aligns with company goals.

- Work with UI/UX designers to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences.

- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on product priorities.

- Monitor product performance and collect feedback to continuously improve features. (Track product usage and its impact on end users)


What Were Looking For

- Experience: 3+ years in Product Management (Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Delivery Manager), preferably in SaaS or tech-driven environments.

- Technical Understanding: Ability to work closely with development teams and understand technical constraints.

- Strong Communication: Experience in collaborating with executives and engineers, ensuring clear and structured product documentation.

- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyse user behaviour and market trends to inform decision-making.

- Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment and iterating on product features based on feedback.

- Problem-Solving Skills: A strategic thinker who can balance business needs with technical feasibility.
