Door-to-door Canvassers (Valley - NS)

Job description

Rydel & Deckify is looking for door-to-door canvassers. For this role, we are seeking a lead generation specialist looking to gain experience in a home improvement & construction industry. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented person who is a strong asset to our driven & fast-paced sales team.

Skills required:

• Ability to transport yourself to and from work.
• 20-40 hours per week of availability.
• Must have a smartphone to be able to use company applications.
• No sales, construction experience required but considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Knock on doors and engage in conversations with homeowners about the state or appearance of their deck and when they plan on getting it replaced or updated.
• Take down information of homeowners who are potentially interested in a free deck consultation.
• Follow the routes set by your team leader.
• Report back at the end of the session with questions, results etc.

Compensation

• 25$/hour
• Full training and script on how to engage in these conversations with homeowners
• 1 session per week with a senior canvasser who can help you improve on your script and techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23-27 per hour

Expected hours: 20 40 per week
