Key Responsibilities:
- Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with clients, contractors, and industry partners. Your ability to foster relationships will be crucial in driving business growth.
- Bid on Jobs: Utilize your expertise to assess project requirements and prepare competitive bids. Your keen understanding of the commercial construction space will be essential in securing new opportunities.
- As a Commercial Sales Representative at Rydel Roofing & Siding, it will be your responsibility to attend meetings with builders, general contractors, engineers, and architects to discuss cost-saving measures and trade coordination. These meetings are highly technical and play a crucial role in establishing confidence and securing commercial clients. Your expertise will be essential in guiding discussions, addressing client concerns, and ensuring that Rydel is positioned as the preferred choice for commercial projects. Without this level of professional engagement, franchisees risk losing valuable opportunities in the commercial sector.
Requirements:
- Extensive Roofing/Siding/Construction Experience: Proven track record in the roofing, siding, or construction industry is a must. Your deep knowledge of the field will set you apart.
- Preferred Commercial Space: Experience in the commercial sector is highly desirable. Familiarity with commercial construction processes and requirements will be advantageous.
- Location Preference - Ottawa: Although we work across Canada, our head office is in Ottawa.
Compensation:
- Competitive Base Salary: $60-80k depending on experience
- Commissions: Commission will be paid based on revenue generated and will have the potential to add $10-40k in income.
