Job Descriptions:
- Developing potential client prospects (sales pipeline)
- Conducting research and gathering insights related to proposed campaigns before creating proposals
- Presenting the created proposals to clients
- Assisting in generating business revenue from media sales for OOH (BirdAds)
- Monitoring, evaluating, and preparing regular reports for clients
- Collaborating within the team to achieve managements objectives and direction, and to develop plans for future organizational needs
- Fostering a high-performance culture with a growth mindset and a strong willingness to learn and develop.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Communication Studies, Business Management, Marketing, or other related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Partnership, or Business Development roles.
- Proven ability to develop and manage potential client prospects (sales pipeline).
- Strong skills in conducting research and gathering insights to support campaign proposal development.
- Experienced in creating and delivering client proposals effectively and professionally.
- Prior experience in business revenue generation, especially within media sales (OOH/BirdAds), is an advantage.
