Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Bachelors Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong knowledge in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Basic understanding of hardware and software (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting).
  • Good communication skills, patient, and customer serviceoriented.
  • Ability to document troubleshooting processes (recording issues and solutions).

Job desc:

  • Receive service requests and incidents from users via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Monitor interfaces, networks, and systems using applications or monitoring tools.
  • Perform troubleshooting for software and hardware issues through remote access, phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Guide users and communicate IT solutions in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Document all troubleshooting activities and resolutions using JIRA.
