Job Description:

    • Perform data entry in the HRIS and related HR Operation portals.

    • Support new employee administrative processes, including ensuring all data is complete and accurate.

    • Assist the HR Ops team in monitoring and validating data for operational needs.

    • Learn and understand the end-to-end HR Operations flow, from new hire data input and employee administration to payroll processes.

Job Qualifications:

  • Active university student or fresh graduate majoring in Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work with large volumes of data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and VLOOKUP).
  • Strong administrative skills and organized in managing documents.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of employee data.
  • Communicative, eager to learn, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Interested in Human Resources, particularly in HR Operations / HR Services.
