Job Description:
- Perform data entry in the HRIS and related HR Operation portals.

Support new employee administrative processes, including ensuring all data is complete and accurate.

Assist the HR Ops team in monitoring and validating data for operational needs.

Learn and understand the end-to-end HR Operations flow, from new hire data input and employee administration to payroll processes.
Job Qualifications:
- Active university student or fresh graduate majoring in Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work with large volumes of data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and VLOOKUP).
- Strong administrative skills and organized in managing documents.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of employee data.
- Communicative, eager to learn, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Interested in Human Resources, particularly in HR Operations / HR Services.
