Job Description:

  1. Support end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technical roles.
  2. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
  3. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Conduct resume screening and candidate shortlisting based on job requirements.
  5. Maintain recruitment databases and support recruitment administrative tasks.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Active university student or fresh graduate with prior internship experience in recruitment being a plus, preferably majoring in Psychology, Management, Human Resources.
  2. Highly motivated to gain hands-on experience in HR recruitment and assessment.
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a team.
  5. Willing to work full-time from office (Monday to Friday) during the internship period.
