Job Description:

  • Generate Employee Identification Numbers (NIP) and manage other employee data administration in SAP.
  • Process employee movements in the system in accordance with approved requests and applicable company policies.
  • Maintain and update employees' Working Schedule Patterns (PWS) in the system.
  • Manage and maintain employee attendance data in SAP, including attendance monitoring, leave generation and balancing, attendance corrections, overtime input, and other attendance-related administration.
  • Ensure attendance data entered into the system is accurate and complies with company policies and regulations.
  • Review and validate attendance data prior to payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in employee data and administrative records.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations.
  • Experience working with SAP is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.
  • Good administrative, data management, and organizational skills.
