About the job HR Operations Staff
Job Description:
- Generate Employee Identification Numbers (NIP) and manage other employee data administration in SAP.
- Process employee movements in the system in accordance with approved requests and applicable company policies.
- Maintain and update employees' Working Schedule Patterns (PWS) in the system.
- Manage and maintain employee attendance data in SAP, including attendance monitoring, leave generation and balancing, attendance corrections, overtime input, and other attendance-related administration.
- Ensure attendance data entered into the system is accurate and complies with company policies and regulations.
- Review and validate attendance data prior to payroll processing.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in employee data and administrative records.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations.
- Experience working with SAP is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.
- Good administrative, data management, and organizational skills.
