Responsibilities

Assist in planning and analyzing workforce needs in line with company projections.

Document and support the review of an efficient and effective organizational structure, including clear division of roles and responsibilities.

Develop and update job descriptions for each position, covering duties, responsibilities, and required competencies.

Develop and update a competency dictionary to evaluate and enhance employees skills relevant to their respective roles.

Design and implement organizational development and talent programs to improve organizational performance and ensure employee growth.

Monitor and evaluate the impact of OD programs on individual and organizational performance.
Requirements

Bachelors degree or Master Degree in Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in organizational development with prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of competency development, and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
