What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify, develop and manage relationships with potential corporate clients in the Medan markets
- Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions that meet their transportation needs
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement targeted campaigns to promote the company's services
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive client experience
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with using CRM systems
- Familiarity with the Medan markets and the local business environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing or Sales
