What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify, develop and manage relationships with potential corporate clients in the Medan markets
  2. Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions that meet their transportation needs
  3. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively
  4. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement targeted campaigns to promote the company's services
  6. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive client experience
  7. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  8. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
  2. Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with using CRM systems
  6. Familiarity with the Medan markets and the local business environment
  7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing or Sales
