Job Description:

  • Coordinate annual Performance Appraisal cycle
  • Ensure timely distribution, monitoring, and completion of performance review
  • Support KPI cascading of company goals into department/ individual KPIs.
  • Review and validate KPI submissions to ensure alignment with company strategy.
  • Track and analyze performance appraisal data to generate insights.
  • Prepare periodic reports (e.g.performance trends, high/low performer identification).
  • Collaborate with Talent Management to aligning performance results with IDP (Individual Development Plan) and PIP (Performance Improvement Plan).
  • Monitor execution of development plan for high performers and low performers.
  • Continuously review and enhance performance management tools, policies, and systems.
  • Benchmark best practices and propose innovative approaches to strengthen performance culture.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years specializing in Performance Management.
  • Experience in managing company-wide Performance Appraisal cycle
  • Strong project management and facilitation skills
