Medical Doctor

• Conduct medical screening examinations (including anamnesis and physical examinations) for prospective employees

• Coordinate the implementation of medical check-ups (MCU) for drivers and employees with clinics/laboratories

• Provide health education and socialization related to occupational health and safety

• Evaluate, manage, and report medical records of employees and drivers to the relevant internal teams

• Review attendance reports of doctors and paramedics at K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) Pool units

• Serve as a member of the emergency response team in Blue Bird activities

Qualifications:

• A medical degree from an accredited institution with a valid professional license (STR)

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a general practitioner, preferably with prior experience in a corporate or industrial setting

• Strong knowledge of basic medical science, disease diagnosis, and applicable medical procedures

• Solid understanding of occupational health, occupational diseases, and workplace disease prevention, including knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies
