Job Descriptions:
- Branding & Visual Execution : Execute visual merchandising strategies in key locations (airports, malls, stations) to create compelling, visually engaging experiences that align with Bluebird Groups brand identity also consistency in multiple touchpoints.
- Customer Engagement: Design and implement promotional displays, digital content, and product showcases to drive customer engagement and inform them about Bluebird Group's services and offerings.
- Wayfinding & Signage: Design clear, intuitive wayfinding signage that directs customers to Bluebird services, ensuring ease of access and minimal confusion in high-traffic environments.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and IT teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing campaigns, new service rollouts, and customer-focused initiatives.
- Maintenance & Monitoring: Regularly review and maintain all visual merchandising displays to ensure they are clean, up-to-date, and perform effectively.
- Market & Customer Insights: Analyze customer behavior and market trends to tailor visual displays and optimize customer flow and interaction at the specified POIs.
- Seasonal and Themed Visuals: Adjust visual merchandising based on seasonal changes, local events, or specific campaigns, to ensure relevance and engagement.
Job Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in visual Merchandising, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 1 year of experience in graphic designer/ branding designer, with a focus on high-traffic public spaces (airports, malls, or stations).
- Strong design skills with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D modeling tools.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking, ensuring that visual elements align with business objectives and brand goals.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, with the ability to maintain high standards for quality, presentation, and consistency across all visual elements.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and customer insights to inform visual merchandising strategies and improve customer experience.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapting visual strategies as needed to meet changing business needs and market conditions.
