About the job Corp Sales Staff - Medan
This position is responsible for achieving sales targets, business development, and customer satisfaction. The main focus includes product understanding, client presentations and proposals, and meeting KPIs such as revenue from various sales lines (Long-term, e-voucher, Big Bird, Golden Bird). Other duties include customer development and maintenance, negotiation through to sales closure, as well as market analysis to support effective sales strategies.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Understanding of the product

Delivering product presentations and proposals to clients

Customer development/prospecting for potential clients

Negotiation and closing of sales

Client maintenance (understanding their needs and handling any customer/client complaints)

Market analysis related to market information, competitor behavior, and adjusting sales strategies accordingly
Educational Background and Experience:

Diploma, Bachelors, or Masters degree in a related field

12 years of experience in sales

Prior experience in B2B sales is preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills
