Job Description:

  • Manage bookings received through various communication channels, including phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in visits, with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Strive to increase the conversion rate of each booking interaction whether via phone, WhatsApp, email, or walk-in by providing clear information and appropriate solutions to customers.
  • Ensure the availability of vehicles, both cars and buses, on the booking date, and guarantee that vehicle pick-up processes are carried out according to the agreed schedule.
  • Provide support and effective solutions to resolve any issues or concerns experienced by customers, whether related to bookings or services received.
  • Conduct outbound calls, customer satisfaction surveys, and canvassing activities to promote services and build relationships with potential new customers.
  • Work towards achieving the set revenue targets by focusing on effective booking management and improving customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) in any major

  • 1-2 year of work experience as a sales marketing or telemarketing professional

  • Knowledge of tour buses or travel agencies

  • Strong communication and coordination skills to ensure smooth operations

  • Experienced in working with targets and under pressure

  • Basic proficiency in English communication

  • Proficient in operating Microsoft Office 365
