Senior Product Manager

Job Description

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation, planning, development, to launch.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, design, marketing, and operations) to ensure effective product execution.
• Manage communication and expectations with stakeholders regarding product direction and progress.
• Monitor product performance through KPIs and analytics to evaluate success.
• Drive continuous iteration and improvement to enhance product value for both users and the business.
  

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the digital industry.
• Proven experience leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, planning, development, to launch.
• Skilled in formulating a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Experienced in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and operations).
• Proficient in leveraging data, KPIs, and insights to support decision-making and product iteration.
• Highly adaptable to change and capable of finding practical solutions to product challenges.
