Job Description:
Strategic Formulation:
- Formulate and develop mid- to long-term strategic plans aligned with the company's vision, mission, and objectives.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities and risks.
- Design and lead the initial implementation of both organic and inorganic growth strategies, including market expansion, service innovation, and potential business acquisitions.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and digitalization to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
- Manage strategic communications with all stakeholders related to transformation initiatives.
- Prepare strategic reports and analyses for management, board of directors, and board of commissioners.
Strategic Partnership:
- Analyze new business opportunities and assess their alignment with the company's capabilities.
- Establish and develop strategic partnerships to expand the company's business portfolio, maximizing synergy, profitability, and competitiveness across private and public sectors.
Budgeting:
- Oversee the budgeting process in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and profitability projections.
Strategic Intiative Implementation:
- Design and implement change management programs to ensure successful execution of new strategies.
- Incubate and drive implementation of initiatives derived from strategic partnerships or key project deliveries.
- Formulate and integrate ESG principles into corporate strategy and lead sustainability initiatives that create positive impact on environmental, social, and governance (Good Corporate Governance) aspects.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate strategy, investment, or management consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership/senior role.
- Proven experience in designing and executing growth strategies, both organic and inorganic.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end merger and acquisition (M&A) processes.
- Experience in building and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical capabilities in assessing industry dynamics, competitors, and macro trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, technology, or service-based industries is a plus.
- Exposure to digital transformation and/or ESG initiatives is an advantage.
