As a Sales Corporate - Pekanbaru at PT Blue Bird Tbk, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and expansion in the Pekanbaru regions. This position will see you responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional sales performance to support the company's strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify, develop and manage relationships with potential corporate clients in the Pekanbaru markets
- Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions that meet their transportation needs
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement targeted campaigns to promote the company's services
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive client experience
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with using CRM systems
- Familiarity with the Pekanbaru markets and the local business environment
- Minimum D3 or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing or Sales
