Product Management Intern

Job Description

• Assist in identifying and analyzing user & business needs to support product development.
• Help document clear and structured product requirements (user stories & acceptance criteria).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and stakeholders during feature development.
• Support analysis of product usage data, user feedback, and feature performance.
• Maintain product documentation, process flows, and key learnings.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduate or final‑year student (flexible class schedule).
• Background in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience or projects in Product Management is a strong plus.
• Passionate about IT with strong analytical & problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Familiar with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Confluence, Notion, Postman, BloomRPC, etc.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced product environment.
• Willing to Work From Office (WFO) at Mampang – Blue Bird Head Office.
