Job Description:

Market Research and Targeting: Identify relevant industries/companies with strong potential to become customers.

Prospecting / Approaching: Conduct approach activities tailored to the target persona and the salesperson's expertise through various media.

Meeting and Analysis: Conduct needs assessment and apply consultative selling techniques.

Proposal Development: Create comprehensive proposals according to customer needs.

Negotiation, Dealing, and Closing: Possess strong business acumen and the ability to position oneself to make decisions.

After-Sales & Relationship Management: Monitor implementation, perform upselling & cross-selling, and maintain customer relationships.
Job Qualification:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any major.

2-3 years of experience in a similar field, preferably with experience handling B2B sales.

Proficient in using sales tools and various approach methods such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, canvassing, etc.

Accustomed to preparing data reports.

Willing to mobile working if needed.
