Job Description:

  • Market Research and Targeting: Identify relevant industries/companies with strong potential to become customers.

  • Prospecting / Approaching: Conduct approach activities tailored to the target persona and the salesperson's expertise through various media.

  • Meeting and Analysis: Conduct needs assessment and apply consultative selling techniques.

  • Proposal Development: Create comprehensive proposals according to customer needs.

  • Negotiation, Dealing, and Closing: Possess strong business acumen and the ability to position oneself to make decisions.

  • After-Sales & Relationship Management: Monitor implementation, perform upselling & cross-selling, and maintain customer relationships.

Job Qualification:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any major.

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar field, preferably with experience handling B2B sales.

  • Proficient in using sales tools and various approach methods such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, canvassing, etc.

  • Accustomed to preparing data reports.

  • Willing to mobile working if needed.
