Job Description:

1. Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.

2. Support HR team in coordinating and conducting HR interviews.

3. Will handle various assigned projects related to recruitment and administrative tasks.

4. Provide assistance in organizing and administering psychological tests.

5. Maintain candidate databases.

Qualifications:

1. Active university student or fresh graduate with prior internship experience in recruitment being a plus, preferably majoring in Psychology, Management, Human Resources.

2. Highly motivated to gain hands-on experience in HR recruitment and assessment.

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a team.

5. Willing to work full-time from office (Monday to Friday) during the internship period.
