Job Description:

Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.

Support HR team in coordinating and conducting HR interviews.

Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and employee records.

Provide assistance in organizing and administering psychological tests.
Maintain candidate databases.
Qualifications:
- Active university student, preferably majoring in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Highly motivated to gain hands-on experience in HR recruitment and assessment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a team.
- Willing to work full-time from office (Monday to Friday) during the internship period.
