Adopt Local Mobilization & Engagement Expert

Role Description:

Local Mobilization and Engagement is accountable for LDC Adopt mobilization and engagement activity at country level. This includes initial contact and gaining an overall understanding of local country processes and insights to thereafter work with Verticals and other members of the Readiness team to establish the country program. This team drives all activities and deliverables related to mobilization and engagement for the country.

The role reports to the LDC Adopt Leadership.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

Partner with Adopt Leads to support first contact and start of country mobilization & engagement

Proactively gather information to understand how business done in country/site capturing high level and process specific insights leveraging research, interviews and automated process analytics.

Help identify needs for customization of the designs or change management approaches.

Support road show to country leadership to explain LDC -- why scope, system, high level business processes, pulling in Functions when needed

Support Business Readiness Assessment (BRA) and Country Discovery through proactive gathering of information and interviews, capturing

Drive BRA workshops for deeper functional understanding and key LSTR awareness Partners with Verticals via Domain Process Leads to identify country nuances and support scaling and efficiency of Adopt efforts

Support Local team and Fit-to-Core through LSTR & local integrations critical for business success (LSTRs, local integrations, market specificities)

Manage Knowledge Center to support insight sharing, scaling and efficiency and efficiency gains
