About the job Agency Partnership Development Manager, Latin America

We are looking for an Agency Partnership Development Manager for the Latin American market. You should be a strong, experienced leader to grow the current advertising business in Latin America. In this role, you will identify prospective clients and partners while representing other Yandex interests in Latin America. You should be comfortable with fast-paced work and passionate about up-sales, client relations, and technology. This role is based in Latin America.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new clients and digital agencies
- Build C-level relationships to help grow the current client base
- Exceed sales, advertiser growth, and other goals
- Assist in marketing activities in Latin America
- Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of digital advertising, cross-border e-commerce, or other relevant experience
- Strong analytical and business development background
- Excellent public speaking and presentation qualities
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Ability to build relationships by offering a consultative sales approach to partners
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of the advertising industry, strong relationships with senior industry stakeholders
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
