Bilingual Corporate M&A c6 PQE

Our client, an international law firm is seeking a bilingual (Arabic/English) Corporate M&A Lawyer with 5+ years post-qualification experience, ideally based in Qatar. The role involves advising on complex cross-border transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, and general corporate matters across the GCC and internationally. The ideal candidate will have strong private practice background in Qatar. Exposure to high-value M&A deals and comfort working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment is essential. Regional experience and the ability to build trusted client relationships are highly valued.
