Blue Personnel is seeking experienced recruiters to join our team on a commission-only basis for the first 3 months, with the potential for a salary after that.

As a commission-only recruiter at Blue Personnel, you will have the opportunity to build your own business and make your own money. 

We believe in rewarding our recruiters for their hard work and success, which is why we have switched to a commission-based model. 

This means that you have the potential to earn an uncapped income based on your performance.

Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit top talent for various job openings

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the job

- Utilise various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top talent

- Negotiate and close job offers with candidates

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs

- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment

- Proven track record of success in recruiting and meeting targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively

- Familiarity with different recruiting methods and tools

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
