Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. This position is open to both freshers and experienced individuals. As a member of our ground staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers and ensuring smooth operations at the airport. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates - Handle passenger inquiries and provide information on flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information - Assist passengers with baggage check-in and boarding procedures - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient flight operations - Handle passenger complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner - Assist with the boarding process and provide special assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs - Keep the airport terminal and surrounding areas clean and organized - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills - Prior experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required.
