We are currently looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Passenger Service Executive || Airport Ground Staff. As a Passenger Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their journey. You will also be responsible for handling various ground operations at the airport, such as check-in, boarding, and baggage handling. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free check-in process - Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner - Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations at the airport - Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from the aircraft, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times - Handle baggage and cargo, ensuring proper loading and unloading from the aircraft - Coordinate with other departments and ground staff to ensure timely departure and arrival of flights - Maintain accurate records and reports of all passenger and flight-related activities - Provide special assistance to passengers with disabilities, elderly passengers, and unaccompanied minors - Handle any emergency situations that may arise during the flight, following proper protocols and procedures - Continuously update knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate information to passengers Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Customer service-oriented mindset with a pleasant and friendly personality - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport systems is a plus - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays - Fluency in English and other local languages is preferred We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
