As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing assistance and services to passengers at the airport. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: - Greeting and welcoming passengers as they arrive at the airport - Assisting passengers with check-in and baggage drop-off - Providing information on flight schedules, delays, and gate changes - Assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking from the aircraft - Handling and resolving customer inquiries and complaints - Ensuring the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings - Collaborating with other airport staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation - Maintaining a clean and organized work area - Adhering to all company policies and procedures - Other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: - Minimum 12th grade education - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills - Ability to lift and move heavy luggage - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances - Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required.
