As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the airport check-in counter, gate, and baggage claim areas
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information
- Process ticket sales, changes, and upgrades
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as required
- Uphold company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in handling cash and credit card transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance
