Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Ground Staff – Passenger Service Executive. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing a warm and welcoming experience - Check-in passengers and their luggage, ensuring all necessary documents are in order - Handle all inquiries and requests from passengers in a professional and timely manner - Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking procedures - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Handle any issues or complaints from passengers, resolving them to the best of your ability - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the check-in counters and boarding gates - Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of all passengers and staff - Keep track of flight schedules and updates, and communicate any changes to passengers - Provide special assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs - Promote and sell additional services, such as lounge access and upgrades, to enhance the passenger experience - Stay updated on airline policies and procedures to provide accurate information to passengers - Complete administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and maintaining records, as required Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or the aviation industry is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficient in English, both written and verbal - Basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance If you are a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and have a keen interest in the aviation industry, we would love to hear from you!
