Job Overview: We are currently hiring for Airport Ground Staff to join our team at Vadodara Airport. As a member of our ground handling team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, gates, and baggage claim areas - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers by following airport and airline regulations - Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services - Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities - Coordinate with other ground staff to ensure a timely and efficient boarding process - Conduct security checks and screen passengers and their luggage - Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Adhere to all safety and security procedures at all times - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus - Knowledge of basic computer skills - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. The contract will be for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
