Position Overview: As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for assisting passengers and providing excellent customer service at the airport. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers, as well as maintaining the efficiency of airport operations. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers at the airport, providing them with necessary information and assistance - Check-in passengers, issue boarding passes, and assist with luggage handling - Ensure that all security and safety procedures are followed during check-in and boarding processes - Assist passengers with special needs or requests, such as wheelchair assistance or special meals - Handle flight changes, delays, and cancellations, and provide necessary information and assistance to affected passengers - Coordinate with other airport staff, including ground crew and cabin crew, to ensure smooth and timely departure of flights - Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a neat and tidy airport environment by regularly cleaning and organizing the check-in counters and waiting areas - Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as aviation regulations, to maintain a safe and secure airport environment - Continuously update your knowledge of airport operations, airline policies, and customer service techniques to provide the best possible service to passengers Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage when necessary - Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus If you are a team player with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a strong interest in the aviation industry, we would love to have you join our team at Bluespirit.
