We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Airport Ground Staff to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana. As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to passengers at the airport. Your main duties will include checking-in passengers, assisting with baggage, and providing information and assistance to passengers. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in passengers and their baggage - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, boarding procedures, and airport facilities - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings - Assist passengers with special needs or requests - Handle passenger complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Keep the airport terminal clean and organized - Follow all safety and security procedures at all times - Handle cash and credit card transactions for airport services - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Good problem-solving skills - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time - Must be able to pass a background check and drug test - Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus If you are a team player with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
